This has the best ingredients of any I’ve researched including the popular field of greens. 4 out of 5 stars because it tastes like I would imagine Bermuda grass tastes like. I put in my protein shake so I can stomach it.

Maybe better than AG1
I have tried AG1 and a couple other greens, and so far this is my favorite. It’s a little too sweet IMO but I’ll take that problem over it tasting like dirt like the last greens I tried. And I believe it uses monkfruit instead of stevia,so that’s a plus. It’s hard to tell when taking something like this how effective it is but I will say the one thing I have noticed that I haven’t with any other greens is that my nails are growing much faster than normal. Not sure what ingredients in this one that is contributing but I’m having to clip my nails once a week and this greens has been the only thing new in my diet.

I really like Jocko’s prodcts and really wanted to like this after reading the reviews about how great the taste was and sooooooo easy to drink! Well, it was like drinking a fart, but because I spent 40$ and wanted to be healthy I drank it. I took the position of it’s a medicine instead of “oh this is such a treat” like some of the crazy people on here.Fast forward to my third order, I now know there was something wrong with the first container…like it was stale or something. Don’t get me wrong the taste isn’t like drinking a daiquiri on the beach but it’s tolerable. I do feel like it gives me energy and the taste of ok. Cheers!

I love AG1!!! I can literally feel a difference with my body when I have it (I don’t get random cravings, or at least my bad food cravings are greatly reduced.). AG1 is insanely expensive! So I tried this as a substitute, as its ingredient and nutrition list was most similar to AG1 of those that I could compare.The flavor of this stuff is too sweet for my preference, but ok. I hope the ingredients are quality. I don’t have a good way to confidently evaluate what was actually used. I think my cravings are less with this than without, but I’m not sure of that.My husband tells me that Jocko is some fitness influencer, or something like that (I don’t remember exactly, nor do I care). Maybe his name makes you confident of this stuff…..Am I still consuming it? Yes- As I do think that my cravings are less, so I believe it is helping meet the nutritional needs that tend to spike my cravings (I crave unhealthy foods when I am low on sleep and certain nutrition.). Will I purchase it again? Probably not.
