This is such a fun toy! Our little kids (6&7) have been playing with it for hours! Quality blocks, lots of pieces so good value for money, easy to assemble and marble run functions well, fun bright colors and compatible pieces with other brands of blocks

Fun activity
I bought this initially for my two year old kid, but it ended up being my favorite! It’s quite entertaining building the marble run towers. The blocks are very compatible with lego duplo blocks, so quite big in size for small kids. However, the instructions are sometimes a little confusing, and it took me sometime to follow with some back and forth. Also, it sometimes would fell apart when I tried to push new blocks on, and it was quite frustrating when it happened, especially when a two year old boy was messing around lol. But I eventually got it working when he was not home! My son is very happy playing with the ball running through the towers!

Frustrating
Looked great at first. Definitely not for younger children as the instructions are geared more toward those 10 years and over. I built it with my grandchildren 5 and 3 years as they could find the pieces based on color and shape but the final construction is not sturdy at all and kept falling apart. Great in concept; frustrating in reality.

Lots of fun, but some points to be aware of
Hits the main goals: duplo compatibility, ability to build different marble runs.I have an autistic 3.5b year old. He loves playing with it, but can easily get frustrated if things don’t work or fall down. So some things to keep in mind:The instructions as is don’t produce stable structures. They will fall down easily. If that’s the kind of thing that will upset your child / cause a meltdown: build stronger structures, with more redundant support, cross connections for additional stability, etc. This set works with other Duplo bricks so you can get as creative as you want.Couple things I wish they did:add a connector at the bottom of the ingress of the funnel pieces, so you could securely connect them to the where the ball comes from.Add a connector underneath the other side of the u-shaped pieces, again for better stabilitymore longer bricks to create more stable structures.

Fun but tricky
My grandson is 5 and loves the marble run I have for him at my house but it always falls down. This looked like an excellent alternative. I like that the balls are bigger. He has a new baby sister and we won’t have to worry about marbles all over the place. However, I got a note from the seller after purchasing letting me know that it needed to be put together as shown in the directions. I was concerned but hadn’t even received the item yet. When it arrived it looked so cool So decided to give it a try. I have it to my grandson for Christmas. Sadly, he needs help to play with it. I am really disappointed that he isn’t able to move the pieces around and create his own version. It truly does have to be put together one way. I’m sure he will start to remember how to do it himself but until then, he needs an adult to help him get it together. He does love it. But, I feel he will be soon bored with it because he isn’t able to use his imagination and create his own thing. My fault. I should have listened to myself when I received the notification from the seller. I would not purchase again. I would look for something that will foster imagination and problem solving.

I really wanted to love this Dinosaur Marble Run—it’s such a cute concept, and the design is adorable! Unfortunately, the assembly process was incredibly frustrating. The instructions are unclear, making it tough to get everything in place. Even once I got it together, it wasn’t very sturdy and kept falling apart. What could have been a fun and engaging toy turned out to be more of a hassle. Definitely not for anyone looking for a quick, easy setup. Super cute idea, but the execution falls short.
