A bit tricky to get to work

Kids will love this car from Toy Story
The remote car was on sale when I bought It. It was and still is one of my granddaughters favorite toys. Lot of people were saying It was hard to work. We had no problem with that. The car shuts down after It sits for awhile so the battery life is really good. I like that It can run into things but not scratch or dent anything. The weight and size is perfect for toddlers. The colors are bright and follow along with the Toy Story theme colors. It is pretty fun for our granddaughter to play alone. We liked It so much we bought another to run races!!

Poor Quality
Don’t waste your money. I preferred my grandson one and it worked for about an hour. Returned it for another one. He played with it about 30 minutes and it’s been in the toy boy for over a month. Took it out and put new high quality batteries and the wheels spin if you are holding it but once on the floor the motor makes a sound but wheels will not move. I’m so disappointed in this purchase.

If your doesn’t work, read the manual
I was ready to give this a one star until I checked the manual. Bought this for my nephew for Christmas and it didn’t work even with brand new battery. The remote turns on but the car won’t move. Was getting frustrated and was getting ready to return the toy until I decided to check the manual. Turns out you have to turn the wheel on the remote right and hold it there for a few seconds. The remote light will blink which means it’s connected to the car. The car is working now and my nephew is having a blast.

Cute!! After 2 returns , it’s finally right!!
This toy is super cute!! Now, after two returns for broken or defective issues, the third one arrived in mint condition!! Product support was helpful and the return process was great. This was a gift for my 4 year old Grandson for his birthday. It’s perfect for him to use. The remote is easy to use and he loves it.

Cool little toy, but packaging was terrible
The buggy had separated from packaging and was just loose in the box. Red pegs that hold it in place broke during transit. This was a gift for my daughter. I’m pretty upset that there was no protection in the box for item, it was just thrown in a box. No padding, paper, or bubble wrap. Nothing. Hope it works. Just received it today I’ll be returning it it don’t work
