I love this product it’s so easy to use and accurate, I have 3 kids in school and my old thermometer was like twelve years old I decided it was time for a new one and I just cannot express how great this is, I love too that it comes with a hard case directions and a microfiber cloth to keep it cleaned

Easy to Use and Nice Design
Sleek design and super easy to use. Great bit of med tech for the home.You don’t touch your skin at all and a light vibration tells you when it’s ready to read. It’s literal seconds to get a reading. I think it takes the air temp, too, if you hold it up in the air.

So far seems like it is a very good product. Have used it a few times and readings seem to be accurate when compared to readings from an older thermometer. It is well made. It is a few dollars more than competitors, but seems to be worth the price.

Reliable company
This is a really great thermometer especially with the dual type of temperature I could use. Also as this had lifetime warranty, I needed to take action once my thermometer went a little off. I wrote to the company who was very quick to respond and replace my thermometer because of the unsteady readings. So I recommend picking up this thermometer as the company will stand by their lifetime warranty.

Not a reliable or accurate thermometer
I have to voice my displeasure and how I am really questioning the reliability and accuracy of the iProven Premium Dual Mode Thermometer. I had originally purchased the unit from Amazon on November 21, 2023. Within a week or two of receiving the thermometer I tested it and was not getting what I felt were accurate readings, especially when I compared those readings with a couple of different oral thermometers, and there was a notable difference. At that time I called the customer service phone number for iProven and the person agreed to send me a replacement and stated that I could dispose of the other thermometer however I wished.I received the replacement thermometer on 12-23-2023. Unfortunately, I did not have an opportunity to test it at that time, but was hopeful that the replacement would be more reliable and accurate. However, as of this week my dad has had a bad cold and last night (6-20-24) I wanted to try to take his temperature with the iProven Premium Dual Mode Thermometer. I was really disappointed and initially it really worried me, because the readings from the ear(s) were showing that his temperature was over 103 degrees F. I really thought I would have to call 911, but my 80 year old dad is sitting there looking at me like that can’t be right, because he says he feels better than he did the night before. So, I take a couple of readings from his forehead and they are 99.3 or 99.1. Please note that the forehead readings were taken within 1/16 of an inch from his forehead, so as to reduce any “outside interference” so to speak, since ambient room temperature can affect a reading from the skin. That is a BIG difference between 103 plus to 99 plus….4 degrees difference!! Although, then I get out the oral thermometer and double check his temperature and the oral thermometer says 101.6 degrees F. Still not the greatest, but at least it’s not 103.5 like one reading for the ear was….almost 2 degrees difference! I gave him Tylenol and have been staying on top of other meds to help with the cold and congestion, and thankfully today he is doing much better.But the point is, that this iProven Premium Dual Mode Thermometer does not give me the confidence that this is a reliable unit that can provide accurate readings. Also, since this is the second unit I’ve received, I don’t believe that sending me a third unit is going to instill any more confidence in me for this product.
