This product is compact enough to carry in your purse on by itself. The ice packs that come with it are great for keeping refrigerated meds such as insulin pens or vials cold functions great for those types of meds. Very durable looks cute and discreet

Needed a case to keep my injectable med in during travel, and this worked great! Plenty of room, ice packs, and went through TSA with no issues. We had a long day of traveling, almost 10 hours before I had access to fridge – the ice packs obviously didn’t stay frozen that long, but still stayed decently cool.
