I bought it for my kid who started middle school and he has to carry them in his backpack instead of keeping them at a health office. It’s well made and I like that this comes with 2 cooling packs. One downside is that it didn’t come with a clip (as picture shows) to clip this onto his backpack. I’m not sure they forgot to put it in this one or they don’t offer it anymore.

Stayed cold for 7 hrs
I used this for my humara and ozempic. I was taking the train. The ice packs lasted about 6 1/2 hrs. It is so nice and compact. Great item.

My daughter has asthma and allergies. This works perfect to keep her nebulizer medicine AND her epi-pen. She can pop it in her purse and it will always be handy. It is a good size, not too big, and made very well. Purple is her favorite color so she was happy with this as a choice of color.We didn’t order it for the cooling abilities, but the little freezer packs are well made and I would imagine it would keep things cool for several hours inside a backpack, bag or purse.I like the pocket on the outside to keep appointment cards and information cards about allergies and so on. The fabric is nice. Well made and the stitching of the material is so nice. The little carabiner is perfect size to attach to anything inside or outside your bag. The zipper works well.This product is a Life Saver!

Good size. Got it for keeping Rx cold on domestic flights. First five hour flight didn’t provide cold needed. Learned to freeze it ahead of time and then pack it in a zip lock with another frozen block . I pack it in carry on so it’s quite bulky with the extra protection. Would be fine to put in a cooler on a car trip.
