Useless if I can’t open the
I’ve been using this product for a while, and recently ordered two more bottles. But the lids on these items (Lot No. 9331, exp. 4/25) are wedged on so tightly I cannot dislodge them by any means known to humankind. I have tried every trick I know, on both bottles, and they will not budge. All I have to show for my efforts is sore hands. There’s no need for the caps to be so tight they’re impossible to open. If I can’t use the product I have to throw it out, and I’ve wasted almost $40. Immunia has lost a customer.
