Easy to swallow, my top ranked Omega 3, and here’s why.
Omega 3 from fish is an extremely important compound. This brand seems to check the boxes for me. I’d like to share with you why I feel this is one of the top Omega 3’s. First, it’s a re-esterified triglyceride. Ester-forms of Omega 3 are OK but clinical trials, especially in us older people, indicate about a 30% reduction in absorption, compared to the triglyceride form, which takes more processing. Also, shelf life of triglyceride Omega 3 is longer than the ester form. I look at the percentage of EPA and DHA compounds to the total amount of fish oil. The higher the percentage, the more concentrated it is. This one is around 90%, and I haven’t seen any higher percentages in other brands. They also add a natural compound to protect from oxidation. FYI, I always refrigerate and the bottle until I need more softgels, which greatly increases shelf life and “freshness” of the Omega 3. I also like the size and “slipperiness” of the gelcaps, making them easier to swallow than the larger gelcaps. I also like the 2-1 ratio of DHA to EPA, as this is optimal for several brain and cardiovascular functions. Lastly, the price point is good. Any Omega 3 is better than not taking it, as the benefits outlined in numerous clinical studies, including National Institute of Health, are staggering.

Easy to swallow, no aftertaste, deceptive advertising
First, I didn’t check the product description closely enough and I think it was a little deceptive. It says 1000 mg 180 softgels. Great! That’s a lot for the price. But then the product labeling says that you need to take two of the softgels to get 1000 mg. Grrr. So this ends up about the same price as other similar products on a mg basis, give or take. I’m taking off a star for the deceptive advertising.However, these are easy to swallow and they have no aftertaste. So all in all they are okay for what I need.

A little big, but no flavor or taste
I don’t have any problems swallowing pills, and these don’t look to be that large, but swallowing is a bit uncomfortable. I usually squish them a little to decrease the diameter and that helps slightly. There’s no taste, or smell though, so that’s the best.

The pills were clumped
We have used this product for years, this is the first time we had problems with it. The pills inside the bottle were all one giant clump. i banged the bottle on the counter without success then I sawed the top of the bottle got the clump out hoping to separate the pills and put themin the old empty bottle. That didn’t work and the pills started leaking the oil inside them, I tried to wash them the pills started disolvingUntil we hear from the manufacturer, I will not order from them again

Je prends ce complément depuis déjà plus d’un an et ça me va très bien, l’ajoue de citron améliore encore le produit + l’additif E161j qui permet de conserver les caractéristiques du produit, j’espère seulement que c’est additif et naturel, dur trouver l’information ..

Je viens de commencer à les prendre. Trop tôt pour juger son efficacité. Sinon le goût rien à dire et facile à avaler.
