Bought this to use at work, it seems the ice packs don’t last all 10 hours I am working. I don’t know how it will do in the summer because if that. I can barely fit my pen and a couple of needles in this case so if you need more than that get a bigger one

Didn’t keep cold!
The product was prepped with frozen packs two days in advance of travel. Both freezer packs do not fit with insulin pens. Had to reduce to one pack. It started to sweat through the hard case in my backpack. When I arrived in Europe it he pack was not frozen the inside of the case was not warm and my insulin was room temperature. Not worth the price as so could have packed more effectively with my own containers.

Perfect for travel
I bought these to take my injections on a flight and a road trip. It worked quite well where I didn’t have to be concerned about the temperature. Very good value for the money and I easily fit 4 injections inside with the two ice packs. We traveled 7-9 hours a day and they stayed cool even later in the day.

Migraine pen holder
I use this to hold my monthly pre-filled, auto inject, migraine medication “pens”. I get 3 of them at a time, and sometimes I have to store all three for a bit. All three is a tight fit, but two fits perfectly. The ice packs fit so nicely in the case, too. Very sturdy, zips closed nicely as well. Seems like it would stay insulated a while for traveling/transport, but I don’t use it for that, just fridge storage to take up less space than the manufacturers cartons. Definitely serves it’s purpose well. Color is cute too.

Stays cold all day
Used on a 9 hour car trip with no cooler and it kept insulin pens cold all day long. Plenty of room for two insulin pens and several days worth of pen needles too.
