THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST LAPTOP FOR UNDER $300 – I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!
EDIT (FINAL REVISION 5/24/2019, AFTER OWNING LAPTOP FOR 2 MONTHS): I thought I was having battery drain issues, but it turned out to be my own mistake! Oops. So after 2 months, the laptop works great still. I have had no issues with Windows 10 (activating it was a breeze) and the computer is performing as expected of a i5-processor with 8 GB RAM. (Fun fact: The laptop I received surprisingly came with a slightly BETTER i5 than listed in the product description!) I upgraded from a much less efficient AMD-A6 processor with only 4 GB RAM, and must say that I LOVE how seamlessly I can run multiple programs/apps at once! I usually have 10+ windows open at a time while streaming in Opera browser, surfing the web in Chrome, editing in large text applications, browsing file explorer, and doing digital art in Paint Sai with my Huion graphic art tablet drivers running. On average, the battery life ranges from approximately 4.5 hours with 50% screen brightness and 2.5-3 hours with 80% screen brightness. To reach a full charge takes roughly 1.5-2 hours. I’m pleased with the efficiency of charger that I received and the machine’s overall battery life; it’s not the greatest but it is certainly reliable and meets the expectations for a refurbished laptop. I expect it will last for at least a couple more years. Final notes: I gotta say I love this laptop. It just looks and feels so well-made (which makes sense, given it is a premium business-class model laptop), and I love how light and portable it is. The back-lit keyboard and the layout of the mouse/trackpad design are EXCELLENT; I love having two mouses, one at the top of the trackpad and one at the bottom. And the fingerprint scanner is a neat plus too.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I am SO HAPPY with my new refurbished laptop from ITREPLAY. It is PERFECT – everything works smoothly, and it looks brand new. Great for College Students
I needed a laptop for school, but wanted to stay under a $300 budget. I found this online, but the reviews concerned me a little. I then figured more people are likely to review if they’re unhappy than if they’re happy, so I rolled the proverbial dice and ordered the laptop. The IT guy in my work place office recommended the specs (large screen- 14″, 128 or 256 GB SSD, 8 or 16 GB RAM). This was the only one I found within my price range that matched all the recommended specs.I could not be happier with this purchase. Thanks to Amazon Prime it arrived quickly, and I powered it up that evening. The keys light up, which is really nice for typing in a dimly lit place or at night, the screen is bright, and everything boots up quickly. Yesterday I had to go to school right after work lets out at 5. I put my computer in sleep mode and unplugged it/ stored it in my backpack. I used it from about 5:30- 9 p.m. consistently, and by the time I got home, the battery was still over 1/2 full.This is a great laptop. I’m very happy with my purchase, and if I had to do it all over again, I would do no different.

Unit may be good…do not know yet and Seller is not responding..
Unit screen doesn’t seem to respond to contrast function buttons. Emailed last Thursday regarding battery dying after 10 to 20 minutes. Got a generic auto reply back and heard nothing. Emailed again to follow up to also add figure print scanner not reading fingerprints. Unit was packaged poorly..just a sheet of bubble wrap. Was well aware I was buying refurbished but was shocked at the amount of external scratches on plastic shell. None on the screen though. Unit also seemed dirty which I cleaned. This was a bday present for my 11 year old daughters birthday and has turned into more of a dissapointment. I understand what refurbished and have bought many a refurb products but the amount of issues with this unit would say strongly stay away from this seller. Not necessarily the unit as I don’t have a fully functional one to give a review on.

Typing this review from the laptop in question. Only bad things I could say about this laptop are that my fingerprint scanner was barely functional (no biggie for me, I like to use PIN numbers more anyway), and that the package came with someone’s hair in it (kinda gross). The laptop itself looks pretty clean despite that one issue. Performance wise, it handles heavy duty browsing, some music production (I use FL Studio 12) and LIGHT gaming pretty good (I currently tested out a few emulators and they run pretty good.) In theory it could also do a bit of mid-tier gaming with an external gpu but don’t quote me on that. The battery isn’t too bad, lasting 5 hours with max brightness and the “High Performance” power option selected, it would probably get around another hour or two if the power saver options were selected though. All and all, a pretty nice laptop for the price ($250).NOTE: I also had a bit of an issue at first with updating this laptop, though a few restarts solved that for me pretty well.

unit came broken clearly no one spent any time making sure it all worked. touch pad mouse functions did not work, kind of obvious as soon as u turn it on and try to use mouse. drivers missing in device manager, old version of windows installed 1803 (done 2 days before i got it), not patched either. Battery drained to empty. So if your offering certified you should build then test a few days before shipping. this thing went from used shelf to courier same day. Waste of my time.
