This BP monitor was easy to use and gave heart rate as well. Nice storage box. Would recommend. Can’t speak as to the accuracy, don’t have enough data but it appears to be working correctly.

What I really needed!
My sister encouraged me to start tracking my blood pressure because she had a problem. She recommended this unit & I am extremely happy with it. Easy to use, read & understand. Unit does come with a very nice storage case,excellent size for travel. But I did find a small storage bag @ Target for it & a small journal that came with it’s own pen for tracking purposes. Would definitely recommend if you’re older & want to track your blood pressure 🙂

Frequent error messages
This monitor has been frustrating. It keeps showing error messages, even when I use it correctly. Sometimes it won’t even open, and sometimes it will close in the middle of reading. The battery life is poor and it can’t be charged for long. If you want a reliable blood pressure monitor, stay away from it.

I am very disappointed with this product
Although the wrist design looks convenient, it is not accurate enough and increases the measurement error. The user experience is not as expected. The operation interface is simple, but because of the simplicity, sometimes I can’t confirm whether it has correctly recorded each measurement. Not recommended for people who need accurate blood pressure monitoring.

Slow monitor … numbers disappear
Worked well for a year or so. It definitely takes longer to give a reading compared to other brands. After about a year the number display started to give problems. Some portions of all of the number does show up. Ended up just buying another one at that point. It’s a cheap monitor but it may be better to spend a little more to get something that lasts longer.

Inaccurate Readings
I purchased the Monitor hoping for reliable results, but I’ve been extremely disappointed. The readings are inconsistent and often way off compared to my doctor’s measurements. I’ve tried calibrating it multiple times, but it still gives erratic results. The build quality also feels cheap. Save your money .
