Absolutely Love Trace Minerals Power Pak Raspberry
I’ve been taking this off and on since I met an ND on a May 1992 workshop in Sedona, AZ. She highly recommended them to help me with electrolytes and dehydration.Since then I’ve recommended them to my dentist sister and her neighbor living in Redlands, CA near desert with really hot summers. This year is record breaking high. They both love them.Which brings me to this summer just north of NYC with its above average heat waves. Before I ordered it I noticed some reviewers complaining about the change in ingredients, but I like it much better.It went from 4 grams/ 60 calories sugar to 1 gram/ 15 calories sugar plus a little Stevia; magnesium went up to 100 mg; and the raspberry flavor is stronger. Ionic Trace Minerals are difficult to find, but this TM formula is great.And it has always used my favorite delivery method making it very convenient to use (1 packet mixed in 8 oz Spring Water). 💖

I was looking for an electrolyte powder to replace the expensive pedialyte ones I get when I need to hydrate. These are great because of the cost and the amount of vitamins you get from one pack. It’s like an airborne and a pedialyte in one. I take it whenever I’m feeling tired, hungover, or trying to protect myself from getting sick and I think it definitely works and I feel a lot better right after. The flavor isn’t bad at all, they’re not as tasty as pedialyte but they’re not as sour/tarte as some of the airborne flavors out there. I got the raspberry and I’m quite pleased.

Most flavors are really good. I highly recommend this product over most artificial electrolyte beverages and even above Emergen-C. This has more vitamin C, electrolytes, And tastes good. To take any flavor to the next level, add in a squeezed lemon (especially the açai)

Not too sweet, and not too much stevia
I’ve tried many different electrolyte powders, and this is my favorite. Trace Minerals sweetens their powder with a combination of cane sugar and steviol glycosides that isn’t too sweet, and doesn’t taste too much like stevia (which I don’t care for). There’s only 1g sugar, 4g carbs, and 15 calories, and the raspberry flavor is tangy. I love Drip Drop’s fruit punch flavor, but it’s hard to rationalize 7x (that is, 7g) the sugar of Trace Minerals.
