So far this seems to be helping me. I have noticed that it takes an hour or 2 before I REALLY notice a difference. But I do feel a difference. I have only been taking one a day. If I don’t take it with food, it will give me heartburn. I don’t feel dopey. I just feel calm. Not sleepy. Just calm. The last 2 years have been crazy. I have been looking for something to just take the edge off. This helps a lot. I have been taking it for a few months now. I find that it works better if I take at least on everyday instead of just when I need it. I seem to notice the effects more when I do it that way. If it keeps working, I will purchase again. The Ashwagandha alone will make me crazy and my stomach hurt. This combination seems to work well for me.

Modest improvement after two months
I did not expect to be turning somersaults after the first week, but I’m not sure these have done a lot for my outlook on life. I have been using them per package directions for two months now. I would say that there is modest improvement, but not so much that I couldn’t chalk it up to just the psychological effect of expectations. I just finished the second bottle. I’ll see what, if any, difference stopping makes.
