Bad product. Wasting of money.
What a scam of a product. I have an expectation for this machine. Very disappointed. The first time of using it, the light was on and withing a second off and never returned. We changed sockets, and locations and tried everything because I really wanted it to work. What a junk!.

Does everything it needs to do at a decent price.
My headline says it all. When one has nasal congestion a good steam treatment is often this answer and this little machine provides it. It is pretty simply to use and has a safety off feature to make sure you do not run it dry. There is a little difference between the 2 steam settings, and that is a bit helpful too. Anyway, can’t see paying more for a personal steam inhaler when this one works quite well.

Works, but minor annoying design issues.
I bought this to have a faster way to clear my fluid clogged ear. I had one of those big ones like you have as a kid and it took 20 minutes to get the steam going. The vaporizer works well in terms of that. Takes maybe 2 minutes to produce the steam. Only sends out about ten minutes worth, but that’s all I needed in each sitting. My complaint is that the little water pitcher they provide has markings that don’t match what the vaporizer tells you to use. The small inner tank requires 20ml, but the pitcher has 25 ml marked. I can figure out that each line division on the cup is 5 ml, and math up to 20ml, but why mark 25 ml at all? The larger/outer tank takes 80ml, and also, why doesn’t that tank just have the max line marked on it? Just minor design things that are annoying. It also spits hot water at you if you take it apart too soon after using it. I do think people who have a hard time gripping things would have a hard time using this device. It did what I needed it to do, so I’m keeping it.

Great steam inhaler
This is a nice steam inhaler. It has a good capacity and is compact enough that we use it on trips.

It didn’t work after one time
It is not working at all after one time. Also very less water you can add in it.
