I have owned 2 of this game . I finally replaced the original because it had been used so much over the years the letters had begun to fade . I have kept it for replacement tiles. I would never go without this game for hours of education and fun.

Taught my grandson how to play.
My 8 y/o grandson is catching on waaay too quickly. Not only is he figuring out the strategy, but I’ve taught him to challenge words and use the “Official Scrabble Dictionary.” I think I need to up my game to retain my self-respect.

I bought this online as a request from my child after buying one for my oldest in stores. After seeing the next day shopping I figured why not. The box came with a tear in it, but nothing was damaged. The game board feels genetic, doesn’t level out flat on the floor and seems as if it’s been opened and closed a few times as the line down the middle of the board looks worn out.All of the game pieces are there and the bag they come in feels rough and like the lining of something.Will I return it? NO! I’m not in the mood and it’s still able to be used for now. The game instructions were in there as well. I’ll update if the pieces slide or don’t stay in place due to the board not laying flat.
