Okay, so the flavor isn’t my favorite. It reminds me of the smell of motor oil for lack of better words. I put it under my tongue each morning and follow it with a glass of room temperature water. It does say to use warm water but I’m too lazy to heat some. So far this year I haven’t had a cold despite COVID popping up at the nursing home I work at.
