AMAZING Taste!!! By far the best tasting Salted Caramel Ive tried. Not only does it taste amazing, it has no after taste like many of the “big name” proteins. Besides the taste it mixes with ease. Again other “big name” proteins don’t mix well with cold water and are clumpy. Granite mixes well. A little hint, if added to unsweetened coconut milk (Silk or Califia) it is just like a creamy thick milk shake.Granite protein is made of 5 different proteins. This allows your body to reap the benefits of protein throughout the day. Unlike many proteins which are from a single source this protein is superior for your body. The flavor is great, especially the salted caramel. I use this protein in shakes and various recipes such as overnight oats with greek yogurt. It digests easily, whey concentrate brings “issues” for me, but this does not as it is a mix of various protein sources. It also doesn’t leave you feeling hungry 30 minutes later like using hydrolyzed isolate does. Roger and Ebert give it two thumbs way way up.

Wth is “sheerness?” I don’t care. This product is 5 star all the way. Mixes great, tastes great, and is a fantastic mix of various protein sources. Chocolate is delicious! I mix it with my coffee regularly and also with a cup of oatmeal on my higher carb days. Quick, easy, effective!

Don’t try the blueberry
Granite is usually decent with flavors. Their chocolate and vanilla are great and the salted caramel is a nice alternative if you’re sick of the staples. However they dropped ball hard on blueberry muffin. I usually mix my protein with unflavored yogurt and I couldn’t get more than two bites down. It tasted like eating cheap perfume. I should have known it was going to be bad when I opened the bag and coughed because of the overpowering scent. It smells artificial. It’s not that it’s sickeningly sweet (looking at you ghost Cinnabon flavor), more like it’s just overly processed. The protein itself was also a much finer texture than what I’ve experienced in the past, it was almost like a fine grain sand. All in all I highly discourage anyone from trying this flavor. Stick to the basics.

This protein is good but I wish the sweetness was dialed down a little. When I add fiber or peanut butter the sweetness isn’t so bad. I will continue to buy this product because it doesn’t bother my stomach like most protein powders.

The salted caramel flavor is absolutely delicious. John Meadows (R.I.P.) formulated an amazing whey protein product. The only two brands of whey I enjoy and repurchase are Granite and Hosstile. Granite has the advantage of being available on Amazon.com.au (though the delicious peanut butter flavor isn’t).
