Band is not secured in place
Returned this watch the day I received it. Seemed like good quality upon unboxing BUT I put it on and noticed the band didn’t seem to be sitting right where it meets the watch – like it was off center. So I took the watch off and learned that the band ‘attaches’ to the watch by sliding into a channel but it doesn’t click or lock in place via a stopper of some kind….so basically, it can be slid in one side of the channel and simply go out the other side of the channel. Seems like it’s supposed to be held in place by the snugness of the band in the channel but that was minimal at best. I guess they designed it that way for quick/easy band changes but, for me, the lack of having a secure connection between the watch and band was a deal breaker. I just didn’t like it.

So far I love this smart watch the price is so reasonable apps are good connect ability is good love the screen saver the size kinda look like apple watch and big, want to get another one just for the heck of it have it for a week so far battery is reasonable highly recommended

Quality/ Accuracy / Strap Issues
This an amazing watch. It has exceeded my expectations and I have many smart watches. It tracks everything and it’s 95% plus accurate.I recommend this watch to anyone. Bonus is…You get an extra strap which is easy to replace. Great value!Update!!! 01-29-25Issue with the straps. They slide back and forth. The concept is to be able to change the straps easier BUT the only thing when wearing it and by just adjusting the watch on your wrist the strap slides off and it’s very annoying.Will give it a try for another week and I will return the watch if it becomes more a an issue possibly falling off my wrist.For that reason I dropped to three Stars unfortunately.Update ! 01-31-25RETURNING IT. NO matter how of a good watch it is, NOT the best strap mechanism.
