It glides on and as it dries it’s slightly tacky but that will go away unless u put a little extra on then it may keep a slight tackiness. As it dries you can see your bags go away! Just vanish! No left over residue like sum products like P.T.R. and others that freezes your face but leaves that white residue behind. No, your eye is completely left de-puffed and very hydrated, tightened and luminous. YES!! ALL OF THAT!! I was so shocked that something with a price point like this works so INCREDIBLY WELL!! I do keep my tube in the refrigerator as well, that nice cold application feels great and helps wake up the eye. If I had to say something negative it would be that I wish it had a pump and that the color of the product is off-putting. However for a 6 or 7 dollar product, pleeeease I’ll deal with such minor details. So everyone throw away those bogus roller sticks and chalky products, then pick u up a tube of this bad boy here!! You won’t regret it.
