The Best Tasting Protein Powder
Protein powders aren’t typically known for being enjoyable and tasting particularly great. I’ve had north of 30 different kinds of protein powders throughout my years of lifting. Some have been terrible, some have been tolerable, some have been alright. Up until I tried this Ghost Chips Ahoy protein powder, I’ve never said that one was good. Now that has changed.Unless you have very strict macro requirements, I see no reason to even entertain any other protein powder. This has a few extra calories (50 more than the protein powder I was last consuming), but the taste is actually enjoyable. It tastes good. Like a treat. The higher calories and good taste is due to the fact that it actually contains real chips ahoy chunks in there. This gives you a very convincing cookies and milk type experience, but with the benefit of being high in protein.Granted if you’re on a strict caloric deficit and really tracking your macros hard, you may not want those extra 50 calories, but if you’ve got room in your diet for an extra 50 calories, this is hands down the best tasting protein, with decent macros.I mix it with Soy Milk or Oat Milk that’s high in protein and I have not had any stomach discomfort and it always feels like a treat. Highly recommended! Will likely try out some different flavors from this brand, but the Chips Ahoy flavor is a real winner.

The best protein shake!
This is hands-down the BEST protein shake I have ever had! It tastes like a dessert. Other shakes you can taste the protein powder and it overtakes the taste of the shake. This tastes like you are drinking Oreo jello before it solidified. It’s soooo good! My son started drinking it and now he’s hooked. This is my second jar of it. I don’t know if I’ll ever switch again. I think I’ll be hooked on this one for the far, foreseeable future. It’s got a ton of protein, isn’t too sweet, and tastes like an actual shake. It’s extremely filling and it’s not too terribly hard to mix up. Although I do suggest you get one of those electric hand mixers. Like a mini rechargeable milk frother. Those work great for shakes. All protein shakes are tough to mix, but this is one of the easier ones. I think the chunks (yes, there are actual chunks of REAL Oreos) of Oreos help mix the powder up. Again, so so yummy!

I was initially hesitant due to the price, but after reading the reviews I decided to try it for myself.Ease of mixing:This mixes easily with a spoon, in water. I can’t remember any other protein powders mixing so easily, especially in water. There will be some chunks but those are cookie bits and chocolate chips, a pleasant treat.Flavor:I ordered the chips ahoy flavor and it didn’t disappoint. It tastes great and there are no off-putting flavors or textures. One of few protein powders that I actually enjoy drinking as a treat, instead of pushing through for its nutrition.Macros:25g of protein per individual scoop (1 scoop = 1 serving), 7g carbs and only 2g of added sugar (4g sugar total). I appreciate a serving being 1 scoop. While it would be ideal to have no sugar, since there are small chunks of cookies it is understandable. I still think it’s worth it!Overall, would definitely reorder this again. It is pricey, but it lives up to the reviews. Looking forward to using this in the ninja creami as a high protein ice cream base!

Good powder, gets a little old
It taste like peanut butter with a sweet milk aftertaste. It’s not a bad flavor, although I definitely couldn’t drink 2 a day. It gets a little old so I would recommend going with the oreo flavor if your into chocolate. Not the best protein in the world, but it gets the job done for now.

Nutter Butter explosion 💥 Surprisingly yummy! I made it with the recommended dose of cold water and was surprised how much I liked it! Very smooth and I very much enjoyed the large cookie pieces. I am not about chunks in drinks but the drink was smooth and yummy with the cookie chunks! This was my first Ghost Protein powder. Very good! I want to try the Chips Ahoy and the cereal milk one which everyone brags about. Good stuff! Definitely ordering more when I run out. I would much rather pay more money for a good quality and good tasting protein over cheaper garbage that’s hard to drink… we’ve all had garbage protein powder before lol who wants to drink that 😉

Easy to mix, little mess, and great taste
This was my intro into my whey protein journey, and while I’ve tried at least 4 other brands so far, none have compared in total enjoyment to ghost cereal milk! The only reason I’m trying others is for $$$, and these 2ib containers only last me about 2 weeks or so (4+ scoops daily).PSA: the branded ones DO HAVE CHUNKS IN THEM, I would rate them 3 on that alone, I prefer smooth going down but maybe you blender it and that doesn’t matter, good luck!

May be good if you like cinnamon, made me nauseous
From this brand, I’ve tried Milk Chocolate, Chips Ahoy, OREO, Marshmallow Cereal Milk, and now this Cinnabon flavor. Normally they do very well balancing a great flavor and high protein, so I ordered this thinking I’d warm up to their cinnamon flavor since I’m not a big fan of it normally. It ended up just being really overpowering and after the 3rd shake I got nauseous and had to pawn this off to someone else. Obviously not every flavor is for everyone, it looks like cinnamon isn’t my thing at all but if you like that you could probably still use this just fine.

I have been making smoothies off and on for a very long time. Have played around with ingredients over the years, my standard the past 4 years is unflavored whey protein powder. Our son told me about the Ghost brand and I finally bought some. I just made our first smoothies (48 oz) with two heaping scoops. The best smoothies I’ve made! So delicious. I also make a low carb, keto friendly Kentucky butter cake that calls for whey protein powder and plan on substituting this one for the unflavored I typically use. Wish I’d known about this brand earlier!
