Good buy despite annoying lids
Great product for introducing solids—our baby loves the taste, and it mixes smoothly with water (and apple sauce!). The organic ingredients and iron content give us peace of mind. Only downside: the lids are a bit tricky to close securely. Overall, a good buy!

I bought this cereal for introducing solids to my 6 month old, and continued using it to meet my baby’s nutritional recommendations for grains.She took to it very well and hasn’t had any stomach issues. It’s one of her favorite things to eat now! You can add more or less of the cereal to modify the texture based on your baby’s development stage with solids, and can help get your baby more used to textures. Great for my sensitive baby with food allergies
I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to after reading a few here with parents experiencing vomiting with this product and their babies.My little one has FPIES which is a type of food allergy that is not detected by the usual blood test. FPIES stands for food protein induced enterocolitis syndrome and is basically a GI reaction to a certain food protein. With FPIES, babies experience vomiting and/or diarrhea rather than an anaphylactic response. This product contains wheat which is one of the most common triggers for FPIES and food allergies in general. I suspect those who have tried this with their babies and experienced vomiting have a wheat intolerance.Back to the product— my little one luckily does not have a wheat allergy. He tolerates this stuff well and it’s been great mixed in with his morning yogurt and puréed fruits. I also add it to bone broth and basically anything that needs a little more oomph to it. I always finish his leftovers because I hate food going to waste, and I think the taste is very subtle. It’s mostly just for added texture. Packaging makes it easy to measure out. No complaints!

Good bottle companion
This rice is handy for adding to a bottle of breast milk or formula. Our child often would be hungry after his bottle and went through formula like crazy. We tried adding a little bit of this to his bottles and it managed to fill him up, add a bit of extra nutrition and saved some money since it reduced the total number of bottles needed.
