Furrion is Garbage
3 out of 3 of these DV3100s has malfunctioned right after the warrantee has epired. I’m done with this Chinese made garbage. This product doesn’t even rate a single star.

No bass
This unit came with the ’21 trailer we bought. Don’t know if it’s the speakers or unit itself, but it sounds like a transistor radio. Four speakers inside, two outside…all sound crappy.I’m going to look into a booster amp addition at a stereo shop.

I ordered this to replace the media player in my travel trailer in July 2024. When I tried to install it, I checked for operation by first connecting the power and ground wires as the installation instructions said. Nothing, unit wouldn’t turn on. Can’t return to Amazon so contacted the seller through Amazon “Customer Service”. After some back and forth them asking for video or photos of the item not working! and then a photo of the serial number and “under investigation” for weeks, no further communication for over a week. Its now been over 4 weeks since I asked for the return/replacement and no communication on how to return this defective unit. I’ll buy a replacement locally for more money like I should have in the first place and looks like I’m out the money I spent on Amazon.

Product was defective from new out of the box had to return it cost me 57 dollars to return it . And no reimbursements! So be aware before you purchase from that company
