Size is perfect fit
However, first night wearing it, both balls came off and I lost the actual jewelry. This is my second purchase of this because I lost one of the balls the first time. Now I know it’s because the threading on the ball is too small for the internal threading on the horseshoe.

I see a lot of comments about how it’s hard to screw the ball on, and it true if you do not make sure your hands are dry and oil free. Also tweezers will help. Turn the septum so it’s more comfortable to place and screw the ball on. I kid you not it took me literally 5 minutes.
