Very Helpful
I was very embarrassed to need something like this. However, I went ahead and did it and was not disappointed. It works extremely well and very easily. The fact that it folds up and has its own carrying case is a huge plus for travel. I am 5’6” and 300 pounds. If you’re embarrassed for needing something like this, don’t be, do what’s best for you.

Not sturdy
I used this product 1 time and it no longer stays locked in any position and when you use the air pump part to remove paper from the product it closes together with every pump. I can’t even store it in the bag it came with because it won’t stay locked together.

Did the job so- so
I wish I could give a higher score. I purchased this when I had back surgery. It held the toilet paper but would move forward or backwards when wiping. It did help so so, if I had to do it again after back surgery I would recommend a bidet vs this. It’s a cheaper way but not as good.

This is a less sturdy version of ones I’ve used before. When it first arrived the blue portion was lifted like it is in the picture and the device would separate a bit. I was finally able to snap it fully into place and lower the blue portion which now holds it together. I have noticed the portion that grips a wipe or toilet paper does not have as strong of a grip as others, but I do like that it doesn’t unfold unless I push the button. Sometimes getting the others in their carrying case could be quite a struggle as it tried to unfold.

Convenient for travel
I bought this for travel, so I’d have it handy for unexpected restrooms stops while out and about. The included carrying bag is great, if you habitually carry a purse or fanny pack.Tips:(1.) Press the hinge button every time you fold or unfold the Wefaner Toilet Aid. (I forgot the first time I took it out of the shipping package. I didn’t break it, but I won’t make that mistake again.)(2). Leaving it unfolded should put less strain on the mechanism. I only fold it when I’m travelling with it.(3). Four squares of toilet paper, folded in half, is the right amount of toilet paper to use. Although the included instructions are adequate, it didn’t say that. I learned it from the non-folding aid I had been using.

Good quality. Trying to operate this equipment is not as easy as it appear. Not as functional as i like. Not able to use much tissue or the release handle will not release

These are a life saver for a disabled person! Foldable to fit in a purse. I put it in a ziploc bag. Easy to use and clean. Fit in a medium sized purse. Sturdy made! Would recommend for sure!
