Helped bring up iron, but unexpectedly Gluten
This helped bring up my iron a bit during pregnancy. The taste is relatively pleasant, and it did not bother my stomach.However, it was not immediately evident to me that this contains wheat gluten. Once I noticed this, I found out that Salus also makes a gluten-free variation, Floravital. I have switched to that— thinner consistency but same general flavor and same iron boost.
