So far I have only used this a few times on small wounds so it’s hard to say, but it seems to help with healing, as in wounds seem to heal faster. The gel is slightly cool when it first touches the skin, which is nice. I want to get one of the silver creams also to see if it helps with some light scars from rash scars ~ that would be great if it does.
