My walker has a curved upper bar but it does not impede how the bag is attached. It is made with sturdy, heavy duty material and is spacious, unlike the thin/flimsy ones I considered. It was very secured to my walker with all the Velcro straps attaching to the walker. It did not inhibit my walking. I looked at many different designs/brands but glad I chose this bag.
