Helped my bowl issues
I waited a month before writing this review. It was recommended by Dr. Zach Colls who is a well respected personal physical therapist for many pro athletes. I had no issues with the taste. I mixed with 8 oz of water and finished with 16 oz. I take 3 capsules of Metamucil in the morning and 1 tablespoon of this in the afternoon. I had issues where my bowl movements were every 4 days and the first one was constipated and than due to back up continued to go for hours after that. This, along with magnesium tablets ( both recommended by my colon and rectal surgeon) corrected my condition. I may stop Metamucil totally and replace with 1 tablespoon in morning also

I have been using this every other day for two weeks now and can confirm the boost of regularity with a digestive tract detox effect. The texture of the powder is easy to drink and has a nonsweet but pleasant flavor/aroma. The thickness and amount of water I have with it serves me as an appetite suppressant. I did not feel an energy boost and cannot verify a metabolic change so rating this with 4 stars.

Powerful Detox
The product is very good. In addition to regularizing the gut function , I felt that it really worked as a diuretic detox. It also provided energy, as I felt a lot better after I started using it. I higly recommend it.

I love this fiber! Both soluble and insoluble fiber in one. It is a little chunky but that is to be expected. Plus it tastes good.

HORRIBLE! This is just a laxative.
This is nothing but a laxative. It will not boost your metabolism, working out will.If you look at the ingredients, you will find senna (a painful laxative), and psyllium husk (Metamucil), and grains you probably already have in your kitchen.I took this product as directed, and the level of pain it caused me, was almost enough to go to the ER.And of course, they are not accepting returns.Regufit is going in the trash.

The natural fiber is effective but a little grainy in water. It is better blended into a smoothie.

VERY fruity flavored….unflavored flax may be better….
If you really like pineapple flavored and fruity things, this may be the product for you. If you don’t….well, I would stick to plain old (and much cheaper) natural ground flaxseed with psyllium, something I already enjoy without added flavoring because flaxseed and psyllium have a natural nuttiness that is pleasant. I am surprised this doesn’t have added flavorings or “natural flavors” in the ingredients because no way is all the flavor just coming from “pineapple fruit powder”. This has a fake, juicy fruit flavor and I seriously wonder if the company isn’t being fully honest in listing all their ingredients. Hmm….This isn’t your “disappears in water” fiber mix. This is for the people who like to actually enjoy a thickened fiber drink, which I happen to be one of those people. “Invisible” white fiber powders on the market are usually heavily processed corn pseudo fibers that aren’t that healthy and there’s a reason they disappear in water: they’re not doing much for you. This stuff on the other hand is like if you coarsely ground up flaxseed, wheat bran, oat bran, and psyllium in your own kitchen and made a sweet porridge with it. I like the texture. It’s not slimey but it’s satisfying and fills you up. They got the sweetness just right with stevia which I also happen to like. It’s good as a room temperature drink, or cold, or warm, if, like I said, you like pineapple. (I don’t care for pineapple, haha.)This has barely any senna in it (a natural stimulant laxative) so it’s not likely to cause cramps or the runs. I know what senna tastes like and there’s hardly any in this mix. It’s mostly flaxseed.One thing to keep in mind: once ground, flaxseed goes rancid quickly and with added flavoring in a mix like this, you may not notice rancidity right away. Keep this in a very cool place (preferably the fridge) and use within a month or two. This did have a very mild, slight burn as it went down the back of my throat implying it’s already on its way to not-so-fresh. Comes in resealable bag but make sure it’s actually resealed when you put it away.While this is surprisingly pleasant on its own, mixed just in water, it would go well in oats or yogurt, etc. It will thicken if you let it sit so it’s best drunk as soon as it’s hydrated.I do like that you get a full pound rather than a tiny bag because it makes more sense cost-wise.
