I originally bought these in hopes to lower my cholesterol but they didn’t have any affect doing that. HOWEVER, I noticed that my normally brittle and chipping fingernails started getting strong and growing. If I stop taking these, my nails go back to how they have been all my adult life, which is always breaking and having to be clipped down to the nub. But if I take these (I take 2 a day and sometimes forget a day), my nails are so strong and beautiful and grow so fast that I have to clip them often. So for me, I highly recommend these for having good nails. Nothing else I ever tried helped my nails so I am so happy that I accidentally found this solution.
