Every first aid kit, needs to get, this Everlit!
I think every first aid kit needs to get this Everlit. Seriously, all rhymes aside, burns happen without warning. The sun, stove, oven, campfires, heaters, or any other heat source are all prone to accident burns. Every single example I just gave have all laid their marks on my skin at some point or another in my life. Some were gruesome and gooey while others were not, but the former burns that vaporized skin and exposed my subdermal layers with all their juices would have healed better with this package in my first aid kit. It has soothing gels, wet bandages and the grail that is non stick gauze, so the wound isn’t peeled open fresh every time a bandage change is done.The trauma scissors aren’t a cheap prop style extra either, they actually work, and are a step above the usual toss away fair I’ve gotten from my kits throughout the years. The only complaint I have is more of an organizational tip than a problem, but it’s definitely not a deterrent to ownership, is how everything comes loosely in the bag. So, it’s not exactly emergency ready on arrival, but I quickly remedied this by sorting and zip bagging the different treatments with one another. Now, if I reach for the gel packs, they all come out together, and locating anything needed, is speedier as well. This is still a first aid necessity for burn trauma, and recommended as much. This is a wonderful burn kit that comes with a variety of things which are antiseptic wipes, burn dressings, burn gel packets, film dressings, gauze rolls and some pads. You clean and disinfect, then your treat and heal with the dressings and gel. Lastly you cover the burn with dressing and gauze PLUS pads and done. Treatment is the best way to recovery and having an emergency kit on hand is definitely a necessity but should only be used for BASIC triage and for more serious burns its still a good idea to go to an emergency room as soon as possible. This WILL help with instant relief, and it IS a good idea to practice to make sure you know how to apply everything so if the time comes and you have a burn you’re ready. I LOVE this kit and it has everything I wanted and more!

A few things to note:1. It includes the 30 pieces indicated in the product listing and they are all well sealed. Will not repeat the items here.2. All the items came in a ziplock type storage bag and might get clumsy getting what you need. I ended up placing them in an old pencil box.3. All the items are single use, use and throw items. The one that gets most used is the burn gel and I wish that was in a small container.4. The scissors/shears do a good job with gauze pads and it is a good quality one.5. The handbook is of very small print and might need a magnifying glass to read!Overall a good product!

Good Amount of Supplies
I wanted to restock my first aid kit. We camp a lot during the summer and there is always somthing that happens that needs first aid. While looking for new supplies, I came across this burn kit. In the past, I usually just carried the normal supplies, but decided to add the burn kit to my arsenal.Small burns happen a lot while cooking our tending a campfire. This kit has just the right amount of supplies specifically for burns. It comes with the usual scissors, gloves, tape and gauze, but then adds the burn supplies. 4-4×4 burn dressings, 4-2×2 non-stick pada, 4-2.3×2.75 transparent film dressings, 4 antiseptic wipes, 8-burngell packs. All of these are in seperate sealed packs along with a quick guide to burn care. This will really help when the bacon starts spitting grease at you or, Heaven forbid, you get burned on a fire log. All this is packed in an 8 inch x 8 inch ziplock pouch to keep all the supplies clean. This will help lower our anxiety on our upcoming camping trips.
