I’m going to judge these off of the time I didn’t have any issues with them…I plan to message the seller with questions, so I’ll update if these aren’t addressed and the issues fixed.Currently, I’m struggling to keep these connected.They sound good, and work well when they are connected but keeping both connected was rather difficult and getting both set up was even more difficult. I have a feeling i just got a bad set, because one ear piece specifically seems to be the issue every time.So, for now, I’ll use the other one for the purpose of this review.Alright, getting into it…What do you case about in an earbud?Sound: They sound great.Volume: They’re loud… maybe not as loud as, say, a set that has noise canceling ear coverings… but you’d be crazy to expect *that,* right?? They’re still loud enough, if maxed out, to make it very difficult, maybe even impossible, to hear someone talking to you. I haven’t tried to do that intentionally, so I can’t confirm… but i suspect they would do well enough.Comfort: They are comfortable enough to wear all day, multiple days in a row, and even fall asleep in.Battery Life: They actually last me most of the day playing audio books, but I usually just switch to the other one if one dies and the case is so nice for letting you know the battery life. The case has lasted me days without recharging, I actually forgot about needing to.Find My Device was very disappointing, though, so if you’re buying that for that, as of now, I gotta say: don’t do it. It finds your phone and if it works, supposedly, the case.The app: is kind of generic feeling to me, but acceptable, I guess.It works as it should, I’m just a snob and expect more features all of the time.Nearby Sounds: If you aren’t blasting these things, you can easily hear things around you and you could even carry on a conversation.I was actually amazed at how well the audio seems to flow over and around other sounds without seeming to clash the way I expected them to. My boyfriend started talking to me and I was easily able to talking to him and leave my music playing and it was still enjoyable while I was still perfectly able to hear him and understand him. I wouldn’t do that for a longer conversation, probably, but mostly because it seems rude, lol.Tap Buttons: The buttons on the earbuds work great, with a small confirmation beep that I personally appreciate. They’re very responsive and the play/stop/ etc features are very nice and convenient. Also great for hanging up on people, lol…Call Quality:The audio for a call is great, but since they’re only earbuds, you’ll want to keep your phone close to you for the microphone(s).
