Sad. Unfortunatly i went for the cheapest option and i just wasted time and money. It does not heat properly and forget abt keeping your drink hot. Its cheap material and It simply does not . Ill ask my money back and get a better brand

Worked Well for 2 1/2 Months
I bought this for my mom for Christmas, and it quit working mid-February. It would power up, but it would not heat up, and we could not set a temp.She liked it until it died, though.

Only heats cup with totally flat bottom.
Terrible product. Turns on and off with very slight touch that is usually not realized. Only has any heat effect if cup has totally flat bottom.

Works only on smaller base cups
I have mostly the larger base cups but had to switch to a smaller base I wasn’t happy about that as most of my coffee cups/ mugs have a larger base. Once I switched to a smaller base it kept my coffee only Luke warm I want hot coffee not lukewarm. I’m returning it and looking for something else.
