Great vitamins
I like these vitamins. They a little bigger than I’d like each capsule to be. I am happy that you only have to take two of these versus three from other brands. The packaging is good. I like that they come in a glass bottle rather than plastic. I’d definitely order them again. They have a sting smell when you first open them, but it’s not as bad over time.

Amazing
These prenatal vitamins are great because they do not contain biotin. I am very sensitive to biotin and break out from products that contain it. I was looking for weeks to find a prenatal that did not contain it & it was near impossible until I found these. These pills on the larger side, but they are easy to swallow with lots of water and do not make me feel nauseous. The ingredients are so natural and come from whole foods which I love. Would 100% recommend these!

Well-absorbed vitamin
I have been using this prenatal throughout pregnancy. It works well for me and I know this because my body absorbs the vitamin well (extra vitamins don’t show up in my urine as bright yellow). I tried another prenatal one month which resulted in excreted excess in urine. This brand has a funny “sea-like” taste that was a little difficult with first trimester nausea, however since my nausea went away I have no problem swallowing this vitamin.

Highly recommended prenatal
I’ve been using these prenatal vitamins before, during, and now after pregnancy, and I couldn’t be happier with them. I love that they’re vegan and packed with over 20 vitamins, nutrients, and phytonutrients. It’s comforting to know that the nutrients are grown on organic, non-GMO farms, which aligns with my commitment to clean and healthy living. The fact that these are pure food prenatals designed to support a woman’s body through all stages of pregnancy is fantastic. They contain excellent vitamins for both preparing your body for pregnancy and supporting baby’s health in the womb. Taking just two tablets a day is convenient, though I found them to be a bit larger than expected, considering they are advertised as small.Despite that, I’ve had a great experience with these vitamins and will definitely continue buying them. They’ve been a reliable and healthy choice throughout my pregnancy journey!

Strong taste worth it, Supplement with Choline
Original review: I wanted to love these pills but they smell and taste so horrible that it is difficult to take them without gagging. They smell a lot like fish.EDIT: I’m editing my review from 3 stars to 4 because I’ve found myself ordering these again. I’ve gotten more used to the taste. I did switch to another prenatal after taking these (megafoods) but found that I started breaking out again. The culprit is the high amount of biotin in those prenatals and many other brands. Some people like me are very sensitive to it and it can cause breakouts. This brand does not break me out. I’m giving this prenatal 4 stars instead of 5 because it lacks an adequate amount of choline. Current guidelines say you should have 450 mg of choline in your pregnancy diet but research is placing that need closer to 980 mg. Most women do not get even close to that with the foods they eat. I would recommend that if you take this prenatal, order a choline supplement and focus on eating choline rich foods like egg yolks.

Wrong item sent twice
Great product, but would NOT recommend buying it off Amazon. The wrong item has been sent twice. And returns haven’t been available or it’s a pain when you have kids or are working.

I wanted something more ‘natural’ for my prenatal for seconded baby and was recommended these at a local health store. I switched from nestle prenatal and noticed a huge difference in my energy and overall feeling. They are large pills and it says to take 2. So one jar lasts you a month. Can be pricey but I will pay that for my health and babies!

These prenatals are great and they have straight folate instead of folic acid which is a bonus!
