This is not the greatest phone holder for a guitar. While it’s minimally adequate, it has some issues.For one, the clamp, while the ends are completely rubber covered, it only touches the guitar headstock at the very edge of the two sides. So you’re getting very little friction. That means it slips easily.Secondly, the rubber has a strong, and not in a good way, odor.Thirdly, the screw to hold the ball clamp in place feels like it’s going to snap or break of you turn it to hard or tightlyAnd lastly, the phone clip barely held my Pixel 7 Pro that has a normal Otterbox case on it. Anything larger, good luck.It’s okay. It really isn’t tall enough to show what you’re playing on guitar, though for reading music or chord from your phone it is adequate….but could be a lot better. It’s adequate – barely – for what it is. Don’t use it on stage or if you plan to move around at all. It will slip.
