Back up tell me what you’re gonna do now. I got kind of punked with the first delivery rollator in an open box, and the rollator was stuck in the folded position. My return and replacement rollator request got processed quickly. Only hassle was taping closed the open box for shipping, and waiting in time window for porch pickup by UPS. Return got confirmed to me several days later. Movin’ on.My replacement Nitro Sprint rollator was delivered in a fully sealed box one day after the return pickup and two days after Santa consumed the milk and cookies I left for him under the tree in my home. The Drive bag was better quality and easier to zip compared to the bag that came with the rollator I had returned.It was somewhat stiff to unfold the replacement rollator for the first time, but I’ve been rollin’ rollin’ rollin’ ever since. Smooth steering requires both hands for precise maneuvering control which is great. Brakes work the way they should, and adjust well. The toe pedals are a little small but nonetheless can help stabilize the rear wheel while I’m pushing down on the handles to raise the front wheels up and over curbs and similar obstacles. All of the rollator adjustment features are effective and relatively easy to use.The seat is comfortable as is sitting on the folding handle. I always follow the extremely important safety warning to NEVER SIT AND ROLL.I’m glad I had also purchased the cup/phone holder accessory. It is real handy to have, and there are several places to attach the holder to the rollator.I like the bright red color of the frame I got. It makes the rollator very noticeable in the pedestrian mode of use. I find the quality of materials and construction to be top-notch, and the functionality of the rollator is superb. The rollator is worthy of the reasonable investment I made to improve my mobility and help prevent falls.

You won’t be disappointed with this purchase
Have been recovering from a knee injury and can’t use a knee scooter, so we tested this out at a local store but had to purchase on Amazon as the price was $100 less. I am in my 70s and was concerned about lifting it in and out of the SUV as I go about my daily activities.It easily folds up and can be steadily rolled, in tight places, like storing it out of the way and near you, in restaurants. It is easily cleaned and quickly adjustable to meet your needs. I’ve driven it on gravel and rough surfaces, and although it is not what I would consider “all terrain” to the extent that it could go on unpaved trails or on the beach, it can go most anywhere I can with my current disability. Our Uber driver folded it up and put it in the front seat of his Tesla-3.We recently returned from Maui, and I couldn’t have functioned without it during the hurricane winds and as we evacuated. The product was well-packaged, arrived quickly and without damage. I also purchased the easily snap on/off cane and cup holders, both of which have made it easier to get around. (If you do so, be sure you order those that specifically fit the Nitro, as the frame is flat rather than round tubing.) The cup holder can be moved back and forth which can be handy if trying to go through a narrow doorway. The blue frame color is a medium, bright blue with a touch of turquoise (not teal.)As other reviewers mentioned, this is the upgraded version of the Nitro Sprint. I think the larger backrest is a plus in terms of comfort. The improved brake system was critical for my safety during the strong winds. The “button” system makes quick work raising and lowering the handle bars, and the adjustment caps to do the same for the backrest stays in place. It’s all well-thought out with ease and safety at the center.I encourage you to feel confident purchasing the Nitro Sprint, it has exceeded my expectations and is a work horse.

Bigger wheels are good, the two stage brake system is especially useful going downhill.

Having another Drive product I was expecting a good quality product. Unsatisfied with the lack of product measurements I looked at the product website for more information, still unsatisfied I called the company they said the distance between the frame at back legs/foot area is 19″ as well as at the handles. With great expectations we made the purchase. Chose to return within minutes. The nice padded seat is 18″ including the seat bars. Inside the frame at seat a hair shy of 18.5 inches, less where you adjust for handle height. Inside the frame at the inside back leg foot area is only, a hair shy of 18.5 inches not the promised 19inches and yes this does matter especially as that is behind the 2 very important foot curb steps so that means the actual space is smaller, more like16.5. Behind the handle flare it’s 17.5 inches space between handles. Center to center handle width is 18.75 at the widest point where handle flares out. So the [empty] space between handles is not the 19 inches indicated. These measurements are important when you are trying to get the best fit for a persons needs.Wonderful having the foot curb assist on both sides, however on the tall with the handles all the way up as needed, when using the curb assist on either side the whole rollator frame was askew and wobbly unlike my other rollator, unsettling. Tested when handles where all the way down and this improved.The new brake system for me did not stop any better. The slow down is a great feature.The large backrest with viewing window is a great upgrade and moves independently of handles, a great thing. Nice having 4 choices with the caring bag, 3 rollator positions and a caring strap.There was also a issue with the front right wheel not turning/moving properly.This was not what I was expecting for a suggested manufacturer retail price of $594 Canadian. yes Amazon is a deal if you can use the handles all the way down and don’t need the frame as wide as stated.
