low cost. works great in my 5 gallon snail aquarium. would buy again, but maybe the next larger size. This one is rated around 100 gph.

Stops working loud and falls apart
Long story short your get what you pay for, stopped working after a few days vibrated extremely loud and the waterfall attachment always kept falling off not a good product but what do you expect for 9 bucks. I wouldn’t waste my time with this again was worth a shot but not useful

I have a 10 Gallon Betta tank. i installed the filter last night and thought it was great. This morning when I went to feed my betta fish, i put the food in the tank and immediately the food flew around the tank in circles. The filter was so strong my betta couldn’t even get the food. I messed around with it, changed the different modes, but all were still too strong. So I put the rainfall mode back on, but out it to the side of my tank to where the water from the filter is touching the glass of my tank, that way it is not as strong and circulating the water as much. hoping this helps. i will see when i feed my betta later again today!

The filters themselves seem to work -But they don’t stay stuck to the sides of the tank.Makes it an issue to clean on a regular basiswhen they sit on the bottom of the tankand I’m sure it affects their efficiency .

My tank is 16 gallons and I’m still in the process of cycling it (trading ammonia and nitrite for nitrate), but I hope to put a betta in here when it’s all done, along with some cherry shrimp and a mystery snail as cleaning crew. The natural habitat of a betta are heavily planted and very still waters, so I’m trying to recreate that in my tank. I wanted a small filter that would oxygenate the water but not produce too much current that would exhaust my betta. This filter comes with different nozzles with which you can use to adjust the outflow. Now my water spangles aren’t being thrown against the glass wall (first filter was too strong) and the water is not stagnant (second filter was too weak). I feel like Goldilocks, cause this filter is just right!

first this was to replace a wisper filter on a 1.5 gal tank. noise level good the only sound is from the flowing water , the water stay clean for weeks. i have 7 small fishes in there since 2 months. i like the fact that i can clean the sponge and the ceramic balls, no more buying of filters. i do not use the outside air intake the 10 outputs a 45 degree does the aeration better and the small fishes like the current also.
