This is the second one I have had to purchase as the first kept getting stuck and wouldn’t raise all the way up or close correctly. This one raises and closes okay but it still struggles to keep the robot in a standing position

Best traction is of course on the floor rather than the carpet. Remote functionality was very easy to use. Overall great!
