Good Energy
These are great products. Ive added to smoothies. The only negative is the stevia used in it to sweeten a little. Aftertaste. I would recommend changing to a kess evasive sweetner but still healthy.

Red powder boost
So far so good can say it seems to make a difference not feeling tried my mom gave me some for a few days at first I thought here we go again another stuff but this made a big difference I don’t feel tried plus there are other issues dealing with having back problems after had surgery but I truly can say I have felt better in a lot of ways started on Dr Colbert a lot of his stuff other then the books lol no its made a real difference in my mood as well as not tried ect..
