Great Effective Product.
I have tried different brands but this one is the gayest acting. I notice a difference in my Bichons breath the same day.also.she doesn’t cough and gag like she does on other brands. When I rescued her she had a lot of plaque on her teeth. Nothing worked until I started using this brand. She just has plaque build up on.her bigger back teeth but her top h front side ones are clear (I do.bruch them as well. Very satisfied! My Pilaf is happy.

It works!!
I don’t know if it reduces plaque or whitens teeth, I’ve used only part of the first bottle. BUT, it definitely freshens my dogs breath. She is 17 and too old now to put under to get a good cleaning. I could smell her breath whenever she came over to say hi and get a scratch. But from the first bowl of water her breath went from UGH to a very nice nothing!

Unfortunately, my frenchie, who needs this the most & has the worst breath; avoids drinking the water if this is in there. The other two don’t seem to mind it at all. It’s simple to use and goes quite quickly. So, the 4 stars isn’t the company’s fault it’s more bc, my silly dog won’t touch it. I don’t like the top & how it opens but, it looks refreshing and smells nice. I’d recommend it

I love this plaque and tartar water additive. It has noticeable positive effects within a week. Our dogs teeth are whiter and the gums look healthier than they did before we started using it. No visible pumpkin puree stains on the teeth.

I tried to choose the chemicals carefully but still worry
I like the idea of keeping my dog’s water bowl from accumulating bacteria between daily washings, and I hoped that the antibacterial effect worked in their mouth as well. I couldn’t find any scientific data – only anecdotal reports from individual comments. A dog’s poor teeth condition can seriously affect their overall health. I did tons of research and felt reasonably safe with the ingredients on his entire body with this additive. And the brand is well-known for its other pet products. However, I eventually stopped adding it to the water because I couldn’t find any long-term safety studies. My dog required a complete dental procedure at the veterinary clinic, and I want to keep his remaining teeth in good shape. He doesn’t like having his teeth brushed, so I may try the additive again in the future. It just seems too easy that a quick swish of his mouth during a sip of water would have much lasting effect. For now, I feed him carrots to help maintain his teeth and gums. But he has so few teeth left, I worry about his ability to chew them properly without choking. This product’s size seemed adequate for the price, and that value was a factor in my decision to purchase it in the first place. I hope this review helps someone. Good luck with your babies!

Excellent water additive kills bad breath
Well, first off, the first bottle I bought lasted MONTHS. Even in summer, when I was washing and refilling my dog’s bowl several times a day! She’s a little dog (20lbs), so her bowl isn’t huge, but I am still impressed!I bought a separate water jug with different colors than our regular fridge water, so everyone could tell where the dog water was. This meant I spent less time mixing up her water and more time giving her water. Highly recommend this method!It drastically improved her breath and it did so very quickly. She went from KO at ten feet to hmm, smells a bit like dog food at point blank range.Then we started giving her a dental treat once a day. Now her breath is downright pleasant. I didn’t know that was possible! She smells faintly herbal, even if she’s snoring in my face. What a blessing!I’ve finally purchased a second bottle, because we’re running low. Her plaque is about 50% better than it was when we started. It was bad, she’s very old and has already had teeth removed.She doesn’t like dental toys, she can’t chew on most treats because of her teeth, and she becomes violent if you try to do anything with her mouth.We’re working on it (we haven’t had her very long!) and she’s improving, but her teeth are improving way faster! If we can get her to accept us brushing her teeth, we might be able to avoid an expensive, full sedation dental cleaning!I am deeply grateful for what this water additive has done for my elderly dog. Her teeth are still very gross, it’s not a miracle worker, but they’re so much better than they were. Her breath smells amazing and she’s much more pleasant to be around. Everybody wins here.

Bee buying this for the last year or so. I have 2 dogs whose teeth have Improved- less tarter and fresher breath since I started using ! ( and I was skeptical at first)- I recommend at least giving it a try ! You may be pleasantly surprised!

I have two shih tzus and this worked almost right away on both of them. Their breath has no smell now and the yellow on their teeth seems to be disappearing after only a couple of uses. This stuff works so well, I’m worried that it might actually be dangerous for them to be ingesting.
