Sometimes u should just go with ur gut feeling and not reviews!!
I have to be honest this is the first review I’ve ever written so it must be spectacular for me to actually do this. I have been buying from Amazon for years, but just never got to do this. I have to tell you I bought this computer and after I bought it then I read the reviews and I was extremely apprehensive. I said oh I know this computer is gonna come and it’s gonna be in multiple pieces and it wont work i just know it! Big surprise it came and it’s wonderful. It’s in one piece. It looks brand new and works like a charm so thank you and sometimes you have to go with your gut feeling and not with the reviews. Thanks again bye

Great deal
If something is cheaper than normal, remember it may be too good to be true. In my case, the laptop cover is a little bit damaged. Looks like something was splashed over the bottom of it. The back of the top cover is worn in places. But overall, the laptop was easy to set up, and I have not owned a laptop before. Also, laptop was described as having Windows 11(if I read that correctly) , but it came up with Windows 10; however, it asked me if I wanted to update to 11 and it was free. So this was quick and easy to do. My keyboard and screen look new and not used, so I appreciate that. Overall, this was a great deal for what I need laptop for.

I am pleased!
This little laptop is everything that is described. Functions well. Dell quality computer. And it has a windows 11 pro upgrade. You can’t get any more for $109. Let me see if my grandkids need a laptop.

Not Windows 11 Pro
Doesn’t come with Windows 11. Mine had Windows 10 Pro. When I did the update to 11 I lost a lot of programs. Wouldn’t have done the update had I known. If I want MS Office I’ll have to buy it now. License out of date or some such thing. Disappointing. It does function well other than one of the keys being a little hit and miss.

Awesome Dell laptop
This is a great Dell laptop. It dies take time to set up, once you set it up, windiows 11 Pro instalks after a few trys. Once everything gets set up, it works great. I have purchased 3 of them. You just have to have pstience with it.

Not charging
I received the delivery on time but the problem is that it is not charging. I am very disappointed. I bought it for a very urgent work but I charged it but it is not working. It is not right to sell it without checking it properly.

Get what you paid for.
Remember, you paid $100 for it. If you think this is a shiny new computer—stop! It’s not. Again, it’s only $100.But two issues: 1. And this is minor. Mine has a sticky J button and the K is a bit sticky too, but both work. 2. And this is more major, it does NOT have Windows 11. It comes with Windows 10 Student—which means these were purchased wholesale from a school—but you can update to Windows 11 for free. It takes two installs before you get the latest version of 11, but it’s simple. If you are unfamiliar with installing a new operating system then just return it.But overall, it’s cheap and functional. I have it on my desk at home for email, YouTube, and classic 90s PC games. It’s fine for that.Again, again! It’s only $100, so if you’re disappointed with it—wake up!
