Updated Review: Cute, easy to use, amazing customer service, and durable
Updated 12/3/2023: the seller contacted me within 2 days after posting the old review. They refunded the RC car and sent a replacement by the end of the week. It definitely was the battery, so I got another battery and now both our girls have a car and they are very sturdy, bumping into walls, flipping over, and crashing into each other. They go pretty fast! My 5 year old learned the controls pretty quickly, so overall 5 out of 5 for ease of use, customer service, and durability.Old Review: Got this for my daughters 5th birthday. I like the concept, but the battery charging light would not stay lit consistently, which should have been the first red flag. We tried it out and you can go forward and reverse 3 times before the car would stop. Try turning and it would immediately shut down. I tried to get in touch customer support, since I’m past the 30 day return window, through the link in the product and it goes to a dead site. So I’m left with buying new batteries that cost as much as the car.

Good full function rc car for the price
Fast, RWD, locked differential, not geared for low speed torque but can reach a pretty high top speed. Steering could be more responsive. My son dropped it from about 4ft and the front upper control arm broke off, so the wheel came off. Plastic is pretty flimsy. But at this price point, this car is worth the fun you will have with it. I was able to JB Weld the control arm back on and the car is alive again. Good entry level rc car at a great price. Battery life is amazing.

Skip The Rest Very Fast & Powerful Longest Battery Life I’ve Ever Seen
This was for replacing my child’s Minnie Mouse RC van by Just Play brand; which kept getting stuck everywhere. It was now time to introduce the kid to a real RC car. Dislikes, the remote control feels light and hollow in contrast with the old school “Nikko” controllers and “Mattel” controllers, the cover to access battery is difficult to open, I almost hurt my finger trying to pop it open. Now the likes: it’s fast and amazing and goes over almost anything. It’s got soft “airy” rubber tires, which absorb the shock well. It’s a lot of fun, the keep/car is quite powerful for its size. I have charged it once and then kid has played with it 3 times to her hearts content and the battery is still not depleted. It says it’s for 8 year old, but my 7 year old girl loves it. These controllers buttons (L R and up down) are better ergonomically in comparison to the ones that have a wheel thing on a gun type of handle. You won’t regret it. And no size dolls fit in there maybe an LOL doll. Easy could charge $35 for this car.

Perfect for a beginner
I bought this for my (nearly 4) year old. For the price, this is completely worth it. The tires are soft with excellent grip and it’s the perfect size. It is about the size of a football and very light weight. The headlights are bright and cool to see in the dark. They have a separate button to leave them on or off. It is simple to recharge and does so fairly fast. After ramming it into walls and/or other things, it hasn’t broke in any way or effected any of it’s performance. I might just buy another one, at $30 it’s hard to beat.

My grandson was thrilled to receive this toy as his first remote control car for Christmas. Big hit and easy to operate. It is a little light on the rear end so it can get itself stuck in soft terrain but overall it is fabulous!
