Helps with sleep
I found this product from my massage therapist to help with getting to sleep when a stressful day makes it difficult. I can not use melatonin because when I do go to sleep it gives me bad dreams every time I use it. lol. This product is great because it contains no melatonin but the ingredients in it really do help to relax and calm. Note: you can use this to help with muscle soreness and tension and to keep calm throughout the day as well. I tend to mainly use it at night as a sleep aid. The other nice thing about this product is you do not wake up with feeling sluggish which is a side effect that so many sleep aids give you. You will need to play around with the dosage to see what works for you. I take two about 20 minutes before bed when I need it. These pills do have a very unusual odor but do not let that deter you from using. I have been using them for about 5 years now and I am very happy with the results!

Effective product!
Moms told me about these more than once and I disregarded. Now that I’m in late 30s, pain and sleep can be issues for me. I haven’t taken more than 3 total, but for sleep aid- I’ll take 2 close to bed and they knock me out. I don’t feel pain, I know my mom uses this for severe post surgery pains VS painkillers and she does great. The ingredients are safe and the effectiveness of the supplements are enough for me to recommend this product to a lot of people who need help, but don’t want to be on crazy medicines!

Used this for years. I won’t be without it. Works wonderfully. Don’t let the smell deter you from using it. It is herbal, homeopathic and has a strong smell especially when the bottle is first opened. Just put a dose in your mouth and swallow with water—and the odor is gone. and it doesn’t “kick back” . Great stuff!

Fantastic Natural Muscle Relaxer
I’ve been using this natural relaxer for over 30 years. My 1st chiropractor sold me a bottle when I was having spasms & back trouble & it worked well without the bad effects of prescription meds. They take a bit longer to take effect, but work very well without horrible side effects. The only cons are they smell like wet dog; the taste is nasty, so swallow fast with plenty of water & be aware that you probably won’t be constipated 😉. You can also take either acetaminophen or ibuprofen with them to enhance pain relief along with relaxation.

I take this to help with sleep. It helps with my late night muscle craps and to quiet my mind a bit, which can race all night. The capsules have a smell to them because that is what real valerian smells like, so the odor is proof that the supplement uses fresh herbs.
