Eliminates Irritation
Last year out of the blue, the strap of my CPAP headgear started irritating the back of my neck and I developed a cyst. Sorry for the grossness but I just want to illustrate how much this has helped me. I tried an almost identical product before this one but the velcro was positioned in a way that it rubbed on my skin on the side of my face (I sleep on my side) at times and the last thing I needed was MORE irritation. So I purchased this one and it’s just SO soft and the velcro is better positioned so that there’s no irritation on my skin. And if you need to trim this strap cover to shorten it, the fabric does not fray (unlike the other one I tried.) Anyway, I put a bit of memory foam inside this cover along with the straps of my headgear and within 3 days my problem had cleared up! My individual problem aside, you can be sure this will make wearing your CPAP mask more comfortable because it’s so plush and soft. The manufacturer also provides a little net wash bag so you can safely launder it. I just went ahead and purchased a second one so that I always have a clean one when the other is in the laundry basket.

Very practical and useful!
I use this every night and I wake up with no marks from the CPAP straps, especially when I stop the machine, about 1/2 hour before I get up! It is nice and soft and I love the fact that I could choose to order it in pink! Thank you 😀

It improves the comfort level of my CPAP headgear
Overall, I like these. My CPAP headgear was chafing and hurting my head below my ears. This wraps around the adjustment straps to soften abrasion where they were hurting me. That said, they could be better:Caveats:They have super scratchy Velcro attachments which really-really annoyed me the first night. The next morning I went through the whole thing with a pair of scissors and clipped the corners off of all the Velcro tabs so they were rounded instead of pointy. If you order these, do yourself a favor and clip all the corners off of the Velcro before the first time you wear it, you’ll thank me.They’re also way too loose around the parts of the mask they wrap around. I realize they’re designed for a universal fit, but there should be a way of taking out the slack so they’re not sagging on the straps. They’re long enough that they will cover up the magnetic attachment points on my headgear and. you have to slide them back down out of the way. Not catastrophic, just annoying. The part that wraps around the center rear Velcro placement is less than wonderful, it tends to come apart or get snagged on things like your pillow. You can tighten it up by being judicious with the Velcro attachment, but it’s still an area that could be improved. There’s simply too much material there, it could be made much smaller and still provide protection and comfort.

Surprised by quality.
When my sleep dr advised me to get this I was 100% skeptical and honestly a bit annoyed he was now trying to get me to sink more money into this. But actually turned out great. Was getting irritation. At the base of my neck at the hairline. Everytime I put my mask on it would itch and be in pain. I would wear the mask wrong so it didn’t sit on the same spot on my head because it hurt, and that would cause soreness at other parts of my face and head because I was wearing it incorrectly. This fabric actually fixed all that. It’s much softer and less irritating and I haven’t had a problem since I purchased it. Plus it’s pink. I like pink.

Longer than I thought
So it by itself fits nicely. This is a little bit fluffier than another one I bought. It is nice against the neck. The length of it is a little bit longer than the other, but at the same time my head strap is almost at its smallest point since I have a small head. I was needing something to fill the gap and make my headgear more comfortable….It by itself would have done the trick but I ended up putting this over the other and it makes it into a nice fluffy neck pillow. Zero neck/ chin marks on waking so that is a bonus. The ultimate reason I got this though was because it was green.I am glad I bought this
