I use the more expensive greens blend that everyone knows but can’t stop thinking about this one. I hate the sweetness of it – it’s cloyingly sweet, but I started to notice a shine and bounce in my hair that I haven’t seen in years. I also love the fact that this product has mushrooms. It saves me from taking 3 different supplements. I didn’t experience any bad side effects, and I didn’t notice anything other than my hair improving but that’s enough of a benefit for me.
