I bought this because I was THRILLED with the results of the same company’s upholstery and carpet cleaner. I am very happy with this product,too. I used it on my leather couch, leather jacket that hasn’t been cleaned in 20+ years, and leather purse. It made each item look nice. I am happiest with the couch amd and jacket. It brings back some of the new sheen shininess to the leather. It is a little hard to judge cleaning since my items were all black to begin with, but cleaned areas with some visible dirtiness on the couch well. I am incredibly happy with the scent. It’s a new leather smell that’s very authentic. And it’s not overpowering at all. I was scared it might be because as well as the upholstery cleaner works, it has a STRONG chemical odor. I purposely used this several days before company is set to arrive just in case it was a lot on the couch. But I didn’t need to take that precaution afterall. It doesn’t have a huge smell and the smell it has is pleasant and not cleaner chemical.The finish it gives surfaces is a little slick, but not nearly to the extent of the similar effect of Armor All. I don’t feel like I’m gonna slide off my couch. I did get a little overspray on my hardwood floor accidentally and YIKES it is SLICK on there.

I had a black smudge on the seat of my car that was left over from recent service to the car. This product wiped it right off!. I used it on a new tote bag that I purchased in an antique store to soften and de -wrinkle . It also took away the antique smell. Then I used it to freshen up some leather shoes that were scuffed up and looking bad. I’m so far very happy with this product.

One of Chemical Guy’s Best Products
From what I gather, Chemical Guy’s products can divide a room. They have a product for just about everything and some products are great and some products are ok. This is by far one of their GREAT products. You can’t beat having a combination leather cleaner and conditioner. I’ve seen some other products that do one or the other pretty well, but this one really cleans and conditions great! I was new to the car detail scene when I picked this up, and I’ve tried other CG products with mixed results, but this is one that I keep coming back to. I’ve sampled some other competitor leather cleaners and still have half used bottles on my shelf, but this is one I keep coming back to and keep reordering. Try this product and I think you will be more than happy with the results. I have black leather interior on an 2017 car and I’ve been using this for 3 years now and the seats look great. No cracking or fading. The leather stays soft and feels great. And it’s my wife’s car! We load that thing with dogs, kids, kids that act like dogs, and all sorts of plants and flowers and dirt from Home Depot. I mean, if I came back to life as my wife’s seats, I would live a life of agony…until I get a nice application of this stuff! Seriously though, she treats her car seats worse than an ex boyfriend. Sidetracked there for a minute. This stuff is worth a try. You’ll be surprised.
