The cleaner its self is actually great. We just got a used car and it looked clean and all but ya know when you buy something used , ya still want to clean it yourself. You should have seen the stuff that came off the dashboard. So the cleaning quality is actually great. The whole “New car smell” is lies. It doesn’t smell like new car at all. I probably should have gotten the cherry one. I will for sure purchase again but get a different scent. That is my only complaint. Other than that, it dries fast. Leaves the dash looking like new. It’s for sure worth the price.

RUINED MY CAR INTERIOR
DO NOT USE!!! Chemical Guys SPI23416 Total Interior Cleaner is a TOTAL DISASTER.I purchased this product to clean and protect the interior of my Toyota Supra… it did the opposite. It actually ate away the protective layer of the vinyl on the inside of my car door. It left two very noticeable spray marks where I applied it on the interior door and immediately wiped it off.I contacted the company in early September, filled out the form concerning the incident. Waited about a month and a half and no response so I contacted them again. To get an answer that they haven’t reviewed my claim yet but they would get to it soon. Waited another month and still no reply, so I contacted once more only to receive the response as follows:“We have conducted a thorough review of your case. We have not encountered this type of damage from Total Interior in the past, and it does not appear to be a defect related to our product. The damage may be a result of previous products used on the vehicle surfaces.As a courtesy, we can offer you Nonsense All Purpose Cleaner, a brush, and Silk Shine, which may help alleviate the issue, though we cannot guarantee a complete resolution.If you would like to receive these courtesy products, please confirm your shipping information.* Nonsense All Purpose Cleaner* Brush* Silk Shine DressingBest regards,Robert”Wow, thanks for the $27 worth of cleaning products instead of fixing the damage done to my $50,000 car. I had several of there other products and have removed them from my car care supplies and will be replacing them with other brands after careful research on the product reviews. If you take care of your car – do not use this product or any other Chemical Guys products. It is not worth it and I would highly recommend finding a more reputable brand.

This product works well, good quality, works fast and dries quickly, not sticky or slick. Used in my 2010 LR 2.

Pros – Fair price, works on all surfaces (plastic, vinyl, glass) which makes using it a breeze, smells good (used the New Car Smell)Cons – Personally, I prefer a more oily/shiny product. This has no shine. It looks dull like you’ve used no product at all. So while yes, there’s a smell and I’m sure it’s protecting, there’s no “look” as if you’ve used a product to clean your car.I bought two bottles, those will be the last. Just a personal preference thing. If you don’t like the oily/shiny look, definitely give this a try. If not, look elsewhere as the look is dull.
