The product is fine. I’ve taken this multivitamin nearly all of my adult life (I’m almost 50 now). With a good diet and exercise, and a belief that this multivitamin is helpful, I’ve no doubt that it is (never underestimate the power of the mind – whether you think you can, or think you can’t, you’re right). Beware, though, that it does have an expiration date, like all such things, so invest the time to check the reviews of the seller to ensure they are not selling these with expiration dates that will prevent you from taking them before they expire (they are one-a-day vitamins, so if you order a 200-count, they should not expire in less than 200 days). If a seller unscrupulously does such things, you will know because many will complain about it (like I had to do recently, and if I’d have checked the seller reviews, I would have known beforehand).
