Works great in the car
Spouse purchased one for his car. Considering he is not a tech oriented person and he liked his, thought I would give it a try. Love mine. Easy to install. My phone fits well in it’s case (Galaxy S23). Settling it in the cup holder is easy enough. I note it does seem to loosen on it’s on. Note, for obvious reasons, it is top heavy, so check it frequently to make sure it is secure

I have purchased several models and styles of this type product in an attempt to find ONE suitable product. This is the only one to have survived so far, not to be destroyed either through use or temper. I started with the vent-clip-on models. They all eventually found their way to the landfill.Not all cars have a free cup-holder in such a place as to be appropriate for this particular unit. If at least one cup holder is available in a spot between the seats and is at a relatively low and forward position, this is probably a good choice. Our ML350 has this arrangement.PROsThe base expands nicely to accommodate even large cup holders. But one of the best features is the phone clamp itself. I use a phone with an extended battery, meaning the phone is twice as thick as most. This clamp just makes it – which many of the other ones I have tried did not do. Just place the phone in the holder and gently squeeze the sides in, which you can do with one hand after you get used to it. There is plenty of room between the bottom 2 fingers for the power cord. Furthermore, the release mechanism is soft. When the release button is pressed it does not SNAP open like the cheap ones, instead it gently opens in such a way as to give me an expectation this thing might last a while longer.CONsOne the CON side – the device is made of plastic and the extension is tall. Although it properly positions the phone for easy viewing, it is tall enough to flex around a bit. This should be expected to a point – it is plastic after all, but I can still follow the GPS screen while in motion. The clamp securely holds the base in place so within the limit of the strength of plastic, you can use the phone in place.Personally I prefer to have the phone up at the vent level for easier viewing on the road, but this is the next best thing as the vent clamp/holders have all been EXTREMELY disappointing. This is a far more secure phone holder IF the inside of your car is arranged to make good use of it.

Works great, sturdy, could use a little more adjustability
I was a little concerned about the sturdiness but it worked great. placed in the rear cup holder for back seat passengers during along road trip. It fit my wife’s big iPad Pro perfectly. the adjustable cup holder mount allows you to tighten it down for a secure fit. My only complaint is that you can only pivot the arm at one point. so u can stilll adjust it, but maybe can’t get the perfect angle.

This made my job as a delivery driver so much easier and safer. The ones that stuck on my dash were not sturdy enough to hold my phone. It also holds my Samsung tablet great.

Good but not great
On extremely hot days down in Florida ( most of the time ) My phone overheats on the window phone holder and starts to slow down/stop working and needs cooling. The answer in my mind, was to buy a holder that sits inside my cup holders on my Dodge Durango and the phone will then be in the shade and easy to see.This cup holder is pretty solid, holds my iPhone XR very well, great visibility and is very easy to fit, so full points for that…but 2 things I don’t like, hence the 3 stars.1. Driving on bumpy roads, the unit does start to slip a little and I’ve noticed the phone moving left or right within the cup holder, not much, but enough that I have to tighten it and check each trip..not, difficult, very easy to twist the base and tighten, but a little annoying.2. If you have a double cup holder like I do in the Dodge, the other cup holder is impossible to use due to the section that holds the phone, projects slightly over the other cup holder ( its a bit bulky )…so now I’ve lost two cup holders, which on long journeys is a real pain.So, in summary, great holder, very solid but has some design flaws. Would I buy it again…No, i’d buy one with a longer arm, so you can still get a bottle in the other cup holder 🙁

Strong and Sturdy
I got this for my fiancee who drives a tow truck and he needs the table to be near him and it needed to be sturdy and strong to hold up to how bumpy it can get on the truck. This is perfect and holds the tablet in place, whereas the other one I bought him broke within the first week (I tried a different brand) But this does a great job for what it’s intended for!

Truck driver review
I drive a Freightliner oil truck and I wanted to have my 12.9” iPad Pro with me for tv or games when I don’t feel like giving this company my all so I decided on this cup mount for it. iPad fits perfectly in the holder. Only issue was it wasn’t strong enough to handle the hard bumps I would hit and the pads weight made it bounce from side to side pretty violently to the point that I had to hold it steady when turning or hitting bumps. It became very annoying but I knew if I didn’t hold it, it would snap. So as you can see I used fishing line to tie it on either side. One to the wheel base and one to the parking break. I also added some folded paper to the base where it opens to make it tighter. Now it’s amazing. I’m giving it 4 stars because I had to do the extra work to make it secure and keep my pad safe. I would have preferred paying a extra few $$ for them to add some metal in it and make it better but for $30 it is what it is. If you are willing to do what I did it will work great. Sorry I haven’t tried it in my car but I assume it will work just fine without my extra work because a car does not bounce as violently as a oil truck

El soporte esta muy bien diseñado y es totalmente funcional. La altura no se ajusta, sino que el brazo se pliega, por lo que si necesitas algo que sostenga tu celular a varias alturas, este es tu soporte. Su rango de ajuste para el tamaño del agujero de bebidas es muy adecuado.
