It’s cat approved!
This Zakkart cat perch for the window sill is sturdy and attractive. The perch is made from metal and wood. The bed cushion is roomy and comfy for our 10 lb cat. The installation guide is straightforward and easy to follow. The cat perch easily hooks into the window ledge and braces against the wall for support. The actual assembly was just as easy. I would highly recommend this product and it is a good value for the price.

I need more windows
I want more window! Absolutely love this product. I bought two of them. Add a little catnip and the cats are happy as clams. Assembly was extremely easy, and the quality of the pieces were amazingly great for the price. Very sturdy and comfortable. My cat has not moved from the windowsill since I installed this. A must buy for your cat. Works well with the window closed and open.

We got one just to test whether or not this would work for what we need. It works perfectly and our cats are loving it. It is very sturdy when installed properly and only took a few mins to put together. It’s easy to move around or make adjustments, overall very good. Now we just need one for the other window.

I bought this for my teen son’s new kitty and for his window sill as the sun only hits the front side of our house. My son’s windows have light blocking curtains for this reason. This cat perch was easy to assemble and fits just right. As soon as I installed this perch the other night, kitty hopped up to check it out and immediately curled up on it. She loves it day and night and slinks behind the curtains to sunbathe on it, allowing my son’s room to stay cool during the day. This bed is soft and looks good on the window sill. It has bolsters on 3 sides for edging and pillows. This was worth the money. 100% kitty and people approved.

My girl loves this! She always liked getting up in the window to watch the squirrels and birds, but didn’t have enough room so I went out on a limb and bought this, and I haven’t looked back! It’s sturdy enough for her to jump from the bed to the perch without worrying about it breaking, and she has plenty of space to lay out and also to fully sit up without being squished.I do wish there was a bit more cushion to it, but it’s enough for her to be comfortable without it being too hard. The installation isn’t bad, just need a little patience to get it right where you want so that it doesn’t slip, but I wouldn’t let that hinder you. For a spoiled cat that is super picky about what she likes, this is a huge success!

Almost perfect: Easy to assemble, sturdy, and our cat spends half his day in it every day.
The design is so simple that it’s nearly elegant.There are two hardware issues the mfr. should fix, but are cheap enough to resolve if you’re not afraid of a trip to the hardware store.1) The tool provided to assembly the perch didn’t fit properly in all screws, so you may have to get creative or use an alternate wrench if you have them.2) The choice to use a slightly undersized lock washer on a soft wood will causes the wood to get damaged. If you will be frequently adjusting this to fit in different windowsills, you may want to add a flat or rubber washing between the lock washer and the wood.

Assembly Tips + Review
I was a little concerned when it said frequently returned, but I tried anyways. I’m not sure if others did it this way, but I opened up my window and closed it down on the front part like you would do with an air conditioner and it holds it perfectly tight. The bottom didn’t align perfectly with my windowsill but with inserting it this way and adjusting and tightening the bottom, it still was plenty enough in supporting it. My cat is a big boy and I’ve had no issues with it slipping or falling, I bought this in place of a cat tree to save space because I have a tiny apartment so that my cat can look outside, but he also uses it frequently for sleeping in the natural light (we don’t have a lot in our apartment). Being a renter, I was also glad it’s not something that needs drilled in, it just tightens so easy to take down if we move. My cat is very timid and cautious, so I sprayed the cloth part with a ton of cat nip spray and enticed him up with the toy mouse that comes with it and slowly backed away so to not startle him until he got used to it. I also had to put a little 3 drawer container nearby for my cat to jump onto first because he was not wanting to jump that high, which is probably a good idea anyway because it doesn’t get worn down as much since he’s just stepping over onto it given his weight. The product itself is high quality, very soft and comfortable for that cat, and the wood and attachments are as well. On a side note, when I was first installing, it looked like the wood part was going to be extremely far out/away from the windowsill and possibly not usable, but at the part of the instructions where it says “don’t tighten all the way” that is the part that can be moved closer/inward so the wood is closer to the walll/window (for some reason it wasn’t obvious to me at first). I put this together with my 14 year old son, and I’m a dominant hand amputee, no issues or struggles- took maybe 15 minutes, so otherwise I think one person could do this by themselves even faster. When I move to a house with more windows, I’ll probably order more! Hope this helps!Update: Still holding up strong 5 months later !

We only bought one at first to see how our kittens would like it. They loved it so much, we immediately ordered another! They arrived super fast. One was overnight and the other within 6 hours. These are in our living room. We plan to purchase two more so the kittens can lounge in our children’s windows. This perch is sturdy, easy to assemble, and no power tools needed! I love that it anchors to the window sill and can be used with the windows opened or closed. This is perfect for anyone with limited floor space for a cat tree, or for anyone staying in a rental. My cat loves this hammock, but the name is misleading as it suggests the whole hammock is orthopedic foam or whatever but it’s only the perimeter/border of the bed not the middle it’s just your standard material. Either way cat is happy and so are we. Easy to clean as well.
