I’ve purchased this watch at least three times. The reason I keep buying it is because I keep setting it down somewhere and losing it. I’ve never had to replace a battery, possibly because I lost the oldest one. I found two of the watches I lost, one from 2017, the other from 2018. At least, I assume one of them isn’t from 2013.They are tough. I’ve banged my watch around, dropped it, and whacked it on concrete. The worst thing that happened was a pin slipped out of the band, but I just put it back in, and moved on with my day. They’ve survived downpours, submersion, showers, sweat, heat, and cold.I only have two complaints. One, they run a little fast. Two, the buttons are a little mushy, so configuring the watch is annoying. Other than that, they’ve been perfect, and well worth the $39.42 (2013), $39.99 (2017), and $42.40 (2018) that I paid for them.I’d buy this watch a fourth time, but I’ve been pretty good about not losing my watches, so I might upgrade to a fancier G-Shock.Absolutely buy with confidence. It’s a relatively inexpensive, high quality, tough watch that lasts forever.

Comfortable, stylish, and everything G should be!
Right off the bat, this watch is fantastic! It’s comfortable, stylish, has an interesting display, and is NOT as big on my wrist as I thought it would be. The thing you hear the most about G-Shocks is how big it looks on a wrist. Hopefully, the pics that I’ve uploaded will give you a picture of what it may look like on yours. My wrist size is 7.25″ and the DW9052-2 (the blue watch and what this review is written for) fits nicely. It’s dial size of 45.5 mm clocks in as one of my larger watches. I thought it would look huge, but it really doesn’t in pics or in person. I’ve put another pic comparing the sizes of 2 of my other watches side-by-side (NTH “The Mack” at 40 mm, G-Shock “Rescue” Red G7900A-4 at 52 mm), so you can come away from my review with a better picture of ‘Little Blue’s’ size.Comfort = 5/5I’ve worn this while sleeping, kept it on overnight, took it off for my shower, then put it back on for a 5-day repeating cycle. The watch’s ‘rubber’ feel is so comfortable and the weight so light, that I often forgot I had it on…almost. It’s such an interesting watch to look at, I kept on wanting to look at it!Looks = 5/5Yep, it works on all counts. This is not only a FUN watch to wear, but is a dang good looking one to boot. There’s no mistaking its ‘G-Shockiness’ and on a good-sized wrist (IMO, 7″+), it’ll never look overwhelming. I’d say you could even have this look good on a 6.5″ wrist, too. The seconds counting character is interesting, too. From the way the middle bar counts from 0-10 seconds, and then adds a block to the 60-second ‘circle’ for every 10 seconds counted, to the functionality of the stopwatch and timer functions, this category is all good. Finally, I’ve included a picture that shows which notch I use to wear it comfortably on my wrist. The nice thing about the ‘rubber’ band is that it doesn’t have to be on a ‘skin tight’ notch to stay on. I like to put my watches on with a little give and this is easy to do with the DW9052-2. However, if you wanted to notch it more snugly when you’re being more active, you can easily do that and the watch will still feel good on your wrist.Functionality = 5/5The DW9052-2 has everything you’ll need for daily wear. Alarm (4 settings), timer, and stopwatch brings the functionality for an every day watch home. And, the positive display keeps the numbers and characters on the dial easily visible in any lighting situation. The “G” button lights up the screen well in darkness and it’s always very easy to read with no imbalanced LED lighting going on.Transaction = 5/5Amazon came through with their usual top notch delivery timing and packaging care for the DW9052-2. This is certainly not my first rodeo with ordering watches from Amazon and this transaction was completed with my usual expectations of a 5-star Amazon transaction.I hope my review makes it easier for you to decide if the DW9052-2 is a good fit for you. Amongst my considerable watch collection, this one has already become one of my all-time favorites.

Además de que la entrega ha sido rapidísima, el producto es realmente genial ya que:- A pesar del bajo precio comparado con otros relojes del mismo estilo, tiene la calidad que podemos esperar de un Casio G-Shock, un reloj práctico que resiste todo clase de trotes que le demos al practicar deporte/trabajo, ya sea acuático o en tierra.- Es un reloj muy bonito, más aún que en las fotos (en mi opinión), y que no es excesivamente grande como otros modelos de G-Shock, por lo que no temáis los que tengáis las muñecas pequeñas: Os quedará bien.- Configurar el reloj es una tarea sencilla (Y cuenta con calendario hasta el año 2099).- Tiene una pantalla que se ve muy bien y con una iluminación en tono azulado/verdoso muy buena.Recomiendo su compra.

Its larger than what the description says. Its 48.5mm. Not 43mm or wherever it says… Which I knew. 43mm would have been way to small. Got this used in excellent condition. Totally worth it. You can’t get a G-shock for 65$ nowadays… Very happy!!
